Our CrossFit program combines strength training, conditioning, and functional movement in 60-minute sessions designed to build real-world fitness you can feel — whether you're carrying groceries, keeping up with your kids, or chasing a new personal best. No experience needed. Every workout is scaled to meet you exactly where you are, and our coaches are with you every step of the way.

HYROX · 6 Months recurring

Hyrox is the fastest-growing fitness race in the world, and our Hyrox training program gets you ready for it (or just gives you an incredible workout even if you never race). Each session blends running with functional exercises like sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, and farmer's carries in a structured, coach-led format. Whether you want to compete or simply want a goal-driven training program that builds serious endurance and strength, this is it.

  • No previous experience or training required.

You don't have to compete to train Hyrox. Many of our members do iit purely for the challenge, the structure, and the variety it brings to their training. It's a brilliant complement to CrossFit and builds the kind of well-rounded fitness that carries over to everything else you do.

HWPO Affiliate delivers structured, progressive programming guided by three principles: Balanced. Challenging. Fun.

Every 60-minute class includes a warm-up, movement instruction and a two-part workout, all with detailed coaching notes, scaling options, and timing guides so our coaches can focus entirely on helping you move well and get the most out of every session.

What’s included in the 6-month recurring membership?

You get access to coach-led classes aligned with your chosen membership (CrossFit or HYROX), structured programming, progress tracking, and community events.

How does the payment work?

For both programs, the 6-month memebrship is recurring, typically billed monthly over 6 months. Exact billing dates are confirmed when you sign your membership agreement. Amounts will automatically debit in 6 months, unless you choose to use Klarna/Afterpay for your recurring membership.

I’m new to this style of training. Can I still join?

Yes. Our coaches scale movements and intensity based on your experience level. The only requirement is that you’re ready to show up consistently and communicate with your coach about how you’re feeling. The benefit of our Crossfit membership, is we will provide 4 private classes to teach you the foundational movements.
