Personal Training vs. Group Class

CAMPUS runs both group classes and personal training services because everyone can benefit from both at different times.

Group Class is great for general physical preparedness and can be the majority of your training, except when one of the following is true:

  • Injury or inexperience does not allow a safe or effective workout in a group class
  • Understanding or competence is not yet at a level where group class can be effective
  • Strength, mobility or other physical factor is limiting basic movement patters
  • The desires or needs of the athlete exceed what a general class can provide
