YOUTH FITNESS PROGRAM

YouthFIT

  • Ages 8-16

  • 1 Hour Length

  • CrossFit-style workouts built for kids—fun, functional, and always technique-first.

    A strong focus on:

    Confidence (learning hard things safely)

  • Discipline (showing up, small wins, consistent habits)

  • Athletic performance (speed, strength, coordination, endurance)

  • Injury resilience (better movement mechanics + strong foundations)

  • Mental toughness (effort, focus, and teamwork)

Student

  • Ages 15-18

  • 60 min class

  • Includes access to all Adult Classes

  • Mandatory Foundations Classes if attending adult classes

  • Follows the Adult track, great for older youth already involved in sports competitively and Youth that want to attend classes with parents.
