A strong focus on:
Confidence (learning hard things safely)
Discipline (showing up, small wins, consistent habits)
Athletic performance (speed, strength, coordination, endurance)
Injury resilience (better movement mechanics + strong foundations)
Mental toughness (effort, focus, and teamwork)

Includes access to all Adult Classes
Mandatory Foundations Classes if attending adult classes
Follows the Adult track, great for older youth already involved in sports competitively and Youth that want to attend classes with parents.
